General questions
Where do I collect my membership card?
We are a relatively small gym and currently only require a sign in sheet.
Do I need to bring anything with me when I join?
If you are signing up for one of our plans that withdraw directly from your bank account, we will need your drivers license and a voided check to enter into the system. If you have any Doctor restrictions, we may also need a Doctor release form stating you are healthy enough to exercise.
Are there any costs other than the membership fee?
There are no initiation fees at thia time.
Will there be any support to help me get started?
At signup, you can schedule an appointment with one of our clinicians. She will fit you on the equipment and show you how the equipment works. This is a $25.00 appointment that will last about an hour. This will also include an exercise plan to get you started. Each new member who has chosen to do this appointment has not been dissapointed. It is a great way to familiarize yourself with the facility, equipment, and staff!
